Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Masha Wear does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking details.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges only. Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
